1. This Agreement is between The Drywall Connection and the customer (renter) identified on the invoice. The Drywall Connection will provide the renter with tools and/ or equipment that are clean and in good working order at time of delivery. The renter agrees to return the tools and/ or equipment at time of pickup in the same condition, or to pay additional maintenance fees.

2. The renter is responsible for all charges due in full at the commencement of the rental period using an approved credit card. Renter consents to the reservation of credit for estimated charges due, and authorizes The Drywall Connection to process all amounts due.

3. Renter agrees The Drywall Connection has no control over the manner in which the tools and/ or equipment are used during the rental period, and accepts all risks and liability for personal or property damage.

4. Delivery:

Free city wide delivery and pickup on all rental orders over $100.00 before tax. 

$29.99 city wide delivery charge on all rental orders under $100.00 before tax. Pickup included.

Additional per kilometer charge on all rental order deliveries outside Winnipeg.

Tool and equipment rentals require a security deposit from a valid credit card upon order confirmation. Valid ID matching the cardholders name must be presented at time of delivery. Acceptable forms of valid photo ID are: Canadian passport, driver's license, Permanent Resident Card, Certificate of Indian Status.

In the case of a no show, a no show fee of $60.00 will be charged on the day of delivery. In the case of a no show, a no show fee of $60.00 will be charged on the day of pickup.
